Credit restoration, payment availability and how to request help with an order.

Before checkout
Review the credit pack, currency and video cost before continuing. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no recurring subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Confirm the total and currency on the secure checkout page before paying.
Failed generation
Credits consumed by a generation are restored after a confirmed failure. A delayed task or an uncertain provider response is checked before being marked failed. Do not submit another request while the existing task is being checked.
A completed video that needs review
AI results can differ in likeness, clothing, movement and audio. A completed result that does not meet your expectations is different from a failed generation. Use Get help in My videos and contact us with your order ID and a description of the issue.
Refund requests
Restoring generation credits is not a cash refund. Cash refunds are not automatically issued by the tool. If you have a payment concern, contact support for a review of the order and payment record. No fixed refund deadline or unconditional refund offer is stated here; any mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
